The debited me after I cancelled

I asked for an insurance quote from King Price last month and my insurance was due to commence on 15 July. THREE weeks ago I sent them an email telling them that I no longer want their insurance. Surprise, surprise, last night they debited me R2084.56. This after they indicated on 27 June that my email was READ.
