Insurnace premuim hicked/dropped

My Insurance Premuims were being increased as of Aug. I called Miway and requested that they decrease my current payments besides stopping the proposed increase. The agent I spoke to stopped the increase for Aug take me back to my current premuim I requested a further decrease and it was by R44. I expressed my unhappiness with this and requested she make me a better offer, to which she could'nt. I asked to speak to the manager and was connected to Jerry. He gave me such excellent service as well as a good reduced premuim. Thank you Jerry you are an asset to Miway and you have a excellent customer service skills.
