I received a rescheduling pricing contract with effect from August, Furiously call Miway and asked y would I be quoted half what I am paying them by other suppliers yet I have been with them more than 7yrs and they still increasing. Call centre agent referred me to his senior and that s when I got Lemmy with his great attitude and patients for his customers. He also contacted the manager looking at my loyal profile. and wow A reduction of 37% instead on an increase.

thats what I call customer retention.
