Impose Occupational Rent for many months

I attended an auction for a Standard Bank house. The auctioneer in front of many witnesses (4 of them are ready to sign affidavits) responded at my question of costs, hidden cost included until registration for the one who will be the bid winner. he stated 10% of the value of the winning bid as deposit in 24 hours, the proof of the rest within 30 days after approval; attorney's fees follow after. He confirmed at my insistence for clarity: nothing else is expected after that. I won the bid and paid the 10%. As soon as I received confirmation that the offer is accepted ((~ 15th June), immediately, I started to receive call and emails claiming occupational rent, and rates & taxes from the 10 June until 31 September 2013, even if I am not occupying the house (the house is in very bad major repairs needed); if not you will forfeit your deposit, they say. I gave the proof of Bond, paid the bond & transfer fees but I received so many treat of losing my deposit for occupational rent, taxes& rates, compulsory even if I do not stay there. complaint with the Std Bk, no reply. Today the transfer attorney wrote to me that I am in bridge of the contract, forfeit. extra loan=burdenfamily-Bk profi
