Loan given without signatures

My husband was phoned by standard bank to take out a revolving loan. He agreed as per what he was told however this was incorrect infirmation as instaed of 1 payment going out, 2 was per month which was not told to him on the phone. Being married in community of property, i was not consulted of this loan. This loan was for over R100000 which required both married peoples signatures which wasnt the case. How can this even happen? Is this regarded as?
