Admin charge CBP capitalisation

In addition to my monthly account fee of R150.00 I also noticed a R522 fee charged under the heading "Admin Charge CBP capitalisation". This amount seems unreasonable and I don't know what it is being charged for? I need clarification on this. Could someone please assist?
