DISGUSTING PRACTICE

Margaret Sibanda ID 8307060325082 her neice has just come to me with the shocking news that this policy will not be paid out because they didn't make the payments every consecutive month. Her aunt was living on the bread line, was encouraged to take out a policy by someone from Hollard. At least the payments were made even if they were late.

I am absolutely disgusted by this practice by Hollard, you would expect it from someone like Outsurance or Dial Direct but for one of the better insurance companies never.

I certainly will be checking all of my policies and telling all of my friends and colleagues about this disgusting practice.
