Poor service

Arranged for towing of my vehicle to be taken to incorrect destination. was unable to locate my vehicle for 24 hours. after leaving countless messages, and finally receiving feedback from her colleague - she promised to update me and confirm the location of my vehicle which she never did.

i'm appalled by her service. had she followed simple instruction of arranging a trade tow from point A to B as per the notes on the system this mishap would not have happened.
