On the 14 June 2013, I spoke to Ricardo to cancel my policy, and he told me to send an email for my request, which I did.
On the read and delivered report, it showed that my email was deleted before it was even read.
On the 26 June 2013, I spoke to Vinolia at 14h10, regarding the debt on my account, and she advised the money will be refunded back to my account after 8 Days, Please be advise that I haven't received my money as we are currently on the 9th Business Day.
Right now Im glad I have parted ways with these criminals insurance, who are preying on poor peoples money. This is happenening to me while Im still alive, and 1 Life cannot live to their word, what if you are dead, your family hates for not providing for them.
