I popped in to FNB a few days ago as I needed to open a new bank account. I thought it would be a mission as I did not have much time to waste and did not have the time to address all the items the banks normally require, but at least wanted to get things started.

Little did I know that things would be resolved so quickly. Over and above the quick process FNB promises, two staff members did more than the average would normally do and made this really easy for me. They accommodated my tight schedule and and shifted their things around in order to assist me.

What a great experience!

I must comment and thank Naresha Basdeo and Vincent (who assisted her) for the hugely efficient, professional fast and considerate service. What a pleasure in dealing with you!!

I really hope FNB would recognise their value and promote the the attitude and intent they display!
