R4oo if we can't beat your premium

We phone for a quote after a very long time wasting but friendly call centre girl we got a total amount of R1478.30 she ask me how much I pay now R1300.42 she let me hold her manager come back with a discount new total R1187.18. Why can they not give this amount from the beginning they just did it not to pay me the R400. they advertise. Even if I'm not happy with my current people I rather stay with them because they don't lie!!! I did send them a mail to cancell everything didn't even received policy by e mail as they promised.
