I called in to ask for a quote for vehicle insurance, he asked me a three questions and realised that I was using a cell phone then re asked to call me back. He called back immediately then explained all I need to know. He gave me time to speak and explain myself as much as I could and he responded without making me feel like I know nothing about cars. He was quick yet audible which is whats important to me. After all questions were done I tried to negotiate the rate he gave me a clear explaination why he could not take it down. Ask if I had a home insurance and informed me if I dont have it the I should consider it as it can reduce my car insurance. I asked mr Martins to add it so we can see. He did and I vehicle insurance and car insurance quote and I plan to take it.
