NSFAS over charges that flactuate each month

Hallo Peter,

I have been using NSFAS since 1999/04/01 until 2011/12/31, last time i asked for a statement but interests that reflect on my statement left much to be desired, they explained to me that 4.4 has been their interest but to me i have been overcharged and want reimbursement as they already did to Colleague, i already asked them to at least show that formula of how they come with the figures but they are still failing me citing that interest rate fluctuate/ depends on a calender which I'm still not convinced.can you kindly intervene so that i can at least understand them thoroughly.
