Still waiting for New Cards

A request was sent from N1 city Branch to have my cards couriered From Promenade to N1 City for collection on the 2 July 2013. I was told that this would take 2 to 3 days. Its almost been 7 days. This Smart Cheque Account was open on the 19 June already. Im seriously considering cacellation of Account. I thought that this service would be better than my current bank. I need to to get my cards as I need to have my salary paid into this account at end of July. Payroll cut-off at our company is the 10th. I need to change my banking details. Has this cards not been couriered from Promenade? I called N1 City and it has not been recieved by them. Can I please get some service ASAP!!!
