Called to update my details, after signing up. Nicole, pointed out some issues she saw with the initial signup and updated the details, I will be paying less excess and my premiums went up minimally.
I have never had such a good natured and helpful person assist me in a call center. She took the time to listen, Analise the quote and advice me for my benefit, can not say enough good things about her!!!
