I went to Standard Bank Lebowakgomo to add Unisa as a beneficiary and pay my fees. When I got there the ques where very long (AS THEY ALWAYS ARE EVERY TIME) and I asked if there's a computer for internet banking and they said no so I joined the que. When I got there the lady asks why didn't I use internet banking and I told her I was told there is no computer for that. She then tells me there is and I must go to the other side where the consultants are and tell them she sent me there and they must allow me to use the computer. When I got there and asked for the computer the lady I asked looked at me as if I was asking for something that is forbidden. Now why did I have to go through all that to get a service that was promised to me by the bank? Why isn't there a computer allocated and clearly marked like at other branches so that customers can know it's for internet banking? This is very incompetent service by Standard Bank. Just because we are rural people they think we don't know anything about customer service and bring the lowest of service to us. I'm disgusted and moving to FNB because FNB Lebowakgomo has the best service and they treat me at Lebowakgomo like they do at any branch.
