FNB poor service discredits clients!

We have a bond registered with FNB and are building our first house. The builder has completed a significant amount of work. We completed the necessary banking draw forms and submitted it to the bank (Reg Calmeyer) on 18th June. The bank has been slow in processing this request. We have been asked for documents that were previously submitted. An assessor was only sent out to the property on 2 July. During this time a second draw was due and the form submitted. Due to Rebone's incompetence and uncertainty, it has resulted in the entire payment process being delayed. The registered NHBRC builder that we are using, has issued us two warnings that we are in breach of contract due to late/no payment. The delay has placed the builder in a negative financial situation. It has also resulted in our credibility being tarnished and straining our relationship with the builder. We expected more professionalism from FNB Private Clients. Rectify this situation and ensure that it does not occur again for future bank draws.
