Want a refund!!!

After receiving this sms that i was preapproved a loan for R60 000.00 and paying the R380 fees i get an sms stating my loan was not approved due to affordability. Why mislead people into this > i am paying more phoning and checking on the outcomes. I just want a full refund and Legal Loans can keep their money but just refund whats mine. this is totally unacceptable since we apply for loans because we need the money now they draining us of the little we do have. I AM TOTALLY IRATE with this situation. its been a whole month and i still havent received anything positive
