I've applied for a credit card on the 7th of Jan. It has been over two weeks now and all I get are empty promises of escalation and that their credit card team will phone me back. I've run out of patience. I've had little to no feedback on what they need from me and I find that I have to constantly chase after them.

I'm getting very half hearted responses that are hardly thought through and most of my questions are just glazed over. I feel like I'm dealing with people from the stone age!

And STILL I have no idea what the delay is. They've had my payslip since last week, 2 months bank statements since the week before. This delay makes NO sense.

I'm ready to cancel my application if I don't get adequate feedback.
