Legal Loans

On applying for personal loan, i was asked to pay R380 after I was pre approved. I was told that my application was forwarded to a lender, EC FINANCE, and I will be contacted within 3 days, Tuesday was the 3rd day.
When trying to contact them, their phones are not working and they refer me to the lender which is impossible to contact, because of holding time of up to 30 minutes on the phone. When phoning from work in JHB to Cape town, this is impossible.
I feel like my money was, and that after sales service is non existent!!
Please beware of corrupt money lenders.
