EBucks failure to deliver my card for second time

I have tried twice now to get an eBucks card and I am still waiting a few months after the second attempt. I initially switched to FNB as I believed that they were more efficient with getting things done, but their association with eBucks is altering my perspective. What is going on? I'm missing out on associated benefits and have been doing so for the 18 months I have been with FNB!
