ABSA Debit made even after cancelation

I gave over two months notice to cancel my business Insurance with ABSA, a lot more time than is actually required. Everything was made very clear and confirmed in writing yet ABSA still debited over R2700 from my FNB account. I have been told that it will be refunded, but a week later there is still no refund and my emails are being ignored.
