I just want to take the time to comment and compliment Hisham at Budget Insurance Call Centre or customer Care for his excellent service. I know im a very difficult customer to please but he was cool & calm, and treated me with patience. I have dealt with other insurance call centre agents before and they would get agitated when a demanding customer like me has too many questions. I didnt experience any of that from Hisham instead he went the extra mile to make sure i ended the call a happy customer, who didnt regret choosing & calling Budget Insurance! High five to him, if i was a teacher and he was my student i would give him 5gold stars for "puik" service delivered excellently!
