Standard Bank
Ridiculously bad service

I am busy doing a student loan application. I did everything online and was supposed to finish the process in East London, Oxford Street. To my dismay I could not make an appointment and the waiting time is absolutely ridiculous, more than 2 hours. I gave up after an hour. What am I to do but go to another bank!!!??? The online process is fine, but then the starts.
