Bodyline Maintenanc? e cove

I bought a car through this dealer December 2012. I recently discovered that there is an additional amount of R210.87 being deducted as part of my monthly instalment. I made enquiries with my financial house (Wesbank) regarding the amount and I was told that its a bodyline maintenance cover I have on the car. I wanted to cancel this cover after discovering that it was for dents and scratches. My financial house (Wesbank) informed me that they cannot cancel this cover, ONLY the dealer can cancel it as it is an added dealer product. I made attempts to get an understanding and assistance from dealer but months later I am still not happy with this. I cannot pay a monthly fee of R210.87 for dents and scratches.

Wesbank are telling me that they cannot cancel this cover as it is not their product and ONLY the dealer can do that.

CMH Volvo Cars Pretoria and Wesbank are sending me back and forth as who can assist.
