REDUCTION AND TWO GARNISHEE FOR ONE ACCOUNT

Good Day

My name is Nolusindiso Mdingi I been trying to call you several times to make a follow up on the request I have made but your line always say the network is busy. I have made a request that the amount of R1000 that being deducted on my salary be reduced to R300 the lady I spoke to whose name is Jeandre told me what to do and I did exactly that but I haven't receive any response till now and the R1000 is still deducted on my salary. What now happened is that two R1000 were deducted on my salary for two months with the same reference number, I do not understand what is going on and my Head Office has been trying to make a follow up but every time they call same documents are required I now decided to make a follow up of my own.
