Incorrect details updated again and again

I hv been sendding details to be corrected but still new incorrect info has been updated my work contact number my spouse detail but im single... my home address still incorrect TU20130624-000380-01 AND TU20130701-000468-01 i have many ref and have sent my documents couple of times why cant people type or update what i have sent them too not what the wish too
