I cancelled my cell phone insurance on Thursday 27 June 2013, they send me a letter on Friday stating that they have cancelled my police and no further debits will be made on my account. on Monday (01.07.13) I received a sms saying that first for woman deducted R406.32 from my account. when I phoned them they told me its a system fault and they debited my account double, when I asked when my money will be refunded the lady said "what's wrong why cant I go to the bank and reverse it" then I send a mail and this morning I received 2 deleted and unread reports. so I phoned again and a lady named Rudeshne answered and told me that they will refund me on Friday, why should I phone to hear that, .
