DISSAPOINTED ABOUT DISCOVERY CAR INSURANCE

I didnt know that by changing my insurance from Santam to Discovery I was killing myself after being reliable client to them for 5 yrs (what an insurance, a good one) I am so dissapointed by Discovery after being their cleint for 1 year without even claiming now when it comes that they must fix my car they are telling me many stories and on top of that phoning my sisters and my boyfriend wanting to know excatly what happened as if whatver storry that I am giving them I am lying, asking my sister why did i leave my place, is it their problem. Secondly without being professionally enough sending me e-mail that was not even suppose to be seen by my eyes wich was suppose 2 go 1 of their colleagues. What I have found out is that they are dilly dalling now telling me so many stories whoever accessor they have chosen is going to give them a cause he knows that there is a commission that he is going to get by submitting cause thats what they want to hear for them not to pay my car. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED ABOUT DISCOVERY I even told them end of this month i am leaving j/burg going home & I need my car on top of that i've been a member of Discovery Med Aid for over 7 yrs.
