On the 5th of June I submitted a claim for my laptop, and the claim was approved a few days thereafter. On the 12th of June I was notified that "The money will be paid into the clients premium account and should reflect in 72 working hours, "

Well, approximately 439 hours later, I'm still waiting for the payment. Good thing I wasn't holding my breath.

Oddly enough, on the 26th, I got a survey from Discovery asking me to rate the service. I rated it as "Worst" and explained why, but never got a response. (I've just re-submitted the survey in the vain hope someone will pay attention, but this begs the question: Why even send out surveys if you can't be bothered with the feedback you get?)

The premiums and extras of Discovery are really great, but the after-sales service is truly rubbish. I'm beginning to worry if I made the right choice...
