Duplicated deduction for Funeral Policy

Writing on behalf of our gardener, Isak Bailey, ID 7012295882086, SBSA Funeral Plan - SBIS - FUNRLFNR0047244226 #5 and SBIS-FUNRLFNR000358928 #6 - R60-35 being deducted on 6th month and 15th month.
Mr Bailey says he never signed any Funeral Policy applications and he agrees there should be one - NOT two deductions per month - for cover on his SBSA Loan 10004688617.

When phoning Standard Bank, Robertson, Tania van Tonder said he would have to write a cancellation letter and produce his ID. WHY? it seems the bank is erroneously debiting Mr Bailey's account monthly with R60-35 on 15th. Please investigate... she was very unfriendly and uncaring.
