False pretense

I received a quote for my father and I was given an amount. I gave them all the information including that he was on blood pressure medication. Then I confirmed the price again.

Then took the plan and was then smsed a new monthly cost R173 higher than was quoted. Yes I was told that the monthly costs are subject to change but was put put under the impression that it would be as a whole and it would be the package for everyone as inflation increases. I was not told that it would increase due to his precondition.

I don't mind paying more because he is on medication, I have a problem paying more after confirming more than once and then they load the price.

I will now be moving to Discovery health which is more expensive but at least I know what I am paying fo
