My husband has a 32 day interest account, in the past week we desperately needed money because our shack burnt down. So we went to FNB Gugulethu mall with an affidavit from the SAPS stating that our shack burnt down so we need some money. Only to be told by the consultant that we must bring a case number as proof that the shack burnt down. We told her that the police did not take down any statements what so ever because we did not suspect anybody we knew what caused fire. She did not want to understand so now we have no place to stay we have to wait for 32 to get the money. Its cold its winter we have kids so now we don't know what to do.
