I logged a request with the FNB Call Centre on 27 July 2013. Within a couple of hours I received feedback from Justin Nicolaai regarding the progress of my requests (which has already been handled).
I sent Justin an e-mail with some additional questions to which he responded promptly and friendly, answering all my questions.
It is great to know that good customer service still exists.
