I have applied for a loan via ABSA website. I successfully completed the application and had to forward documents (as per application) which I did. After the application was submitted (24.06.2013) it was confirmed and that I would be contacted within 48 hours.
I have received no reply so I phoned this morning (28.06.2013) and was informed that because me and my husband had a joint account, I can only apply at the branch.

Time is money - your are wasting my money.
