Worst than bad service is NO SERVICE!

After taking time to go in to the bank, queue for more than an hour, i spoke to a consultant who promised me all my hassles are solved. Yet now that i put it to the test nothing was resolved!!! So kindly advise me what the use of taking the time, driving to the bank, standing in the queue and paying your parking was worth, since i still cant swipe my card and still cant enter my internet banking. But yet every month my banking fees are paid and deducted? im not getting what im paying for! and now let me guess youll do the sweetest request for me to come in again and try to sort it out again!
