Taking out new insurance is tediuous no?

What a pleasure to deal with Vuyelwa Matsane telephonically for a new motor vehicle insurance policy. I'm hard of hearing so battle to hear at times and she had to repeat herself a few times. She dealt with it in such a warm, patient, professional manner. She actually made the experience fun with her bubbly personality.
