6 months of "working on it" and still no solution

For more than 6 months i get automatically logged off
while in the middle of a session. Your call centre said
it is a problem with Internet explorer and google chrome.
They said i should use fire fox, which did exactly the
same thing. They have been telling me since Feb. that the
tech. team is working on the problem. In this day and age
that tech. team should be fired for incompetence! Should
we consider changing banks?
