Unauthorised withdrawal

I had money deposited in my money builder account and when I went to draw it over R2000 was withdrawn by the bank with no reference. I never receive post from Absa so dont even know what its for! Secondly a moneybuilder account cannot be debited, you canot do internet banking and cannot swipe. SO how was the money withdrawn??? When I contacted a sales consultant at the bank, she said she would get back to me, but Im still waiting and this was last week!!
