Hello there,

I would like to thank Mike for helping me with further information on a quote I recently did for a client that only lives in South Africa a small portion on the year, but requested home contents cover the items they own in their Cape Town home.

Mike took the time to refer to his managers for clarification on what to do when the quote needed to be referred due to the number of days the house is unoccupied. Not call centre consultants would just leave it at that and move onto the next call. For this reason Mike (alone with the rest of the Cape Town team) are by far my most favourite consultants to deal with.
