FNB DEDUCTED MY SALARY... REFUND ONLY AFTER 7DAYS

I have 3 loans with FNB 2 of them are handed over to debt collectors and the other still with fnb. I made arrangements with the debt collectors and FNB the amount was paid yesterday from my account for all 3 accounts. This morning around 10:00 FNB deducts R6218 again from my account, called the legal team and I was advised that it will take 7 working days, informed them I have other bills to pay which go off on the 28th and they said there's nothing they can do... fustrated that I have been with this bank for so long and yet they cant even help me by reversing the funds as I am still banking with them!!! how Am I going to pay other bills/expenses!!! please help no one is helping me everytime I am transfered to the supervisor the number rings then goes to vmail which does not take messages I am so FUSTRATED
