A month later still counting... No delivery

My so called brokers PSG have insured me with CIB pathetic insurance. I had a geyser burst last month and my household contents have been damaged due to the burst. I have being waiting for over a month for feedback from CIB pathetic insurance. I am being in convinced while they are taking the sweet time to decide on an out come of a geyser burst. I have being told to wait looks like will be waiting till next year as there are trying to decide what to do with a geyser burst. you think you have risk cover cover clearly not!!! What's the point of insurance..and worse off cannot contact CIB and. P SG promises to call back but never does playing monkey tricks while they are happy to collect money from you... Go for companies that will deliver when in need and not give you excuses about decisions about a claim a month later... i previously had claims they will tell you his and the next thing is something else ended up letting it go i should have opened up my eyes for you lack of service and all toy need is my money open a donation company and not a company as we will know that we are donating than giving false hope of peace of mind!! N.B. stay away from PSG and CIB...
