Month 2 of trying to pay my council tax through easy pay and exactly the same thing. Get all the way through to the payment. Get a notification from my bank that the payment has been reserved and then it fails. Three times in a row. [URL Removed] Please can you explain what is causing this issue?

PS. I noticed that the title of my last complaint was deleted by yourselves I assume so I included it again this time.
