During May I contacted Outsurance as my laptop hard drive packed up. I was informed by My Pillay of outsurance that my laptop would be sent to one of THERE PREFERED repair vendors.namely GOLDEN MILE
.
I was unhappy about this but let it go. Before the machine went in I did explain what was wrong. I waited 2 weeks for my computer. Then when I eventually got it back It was not functioning correctly.
There are drivers missing and Golden mile had damaged my computer. I then took it to the place where I bought it only to discover that there are a whole lot of problems with this laptop that were not there before.

This is what happens when back yard so called technicians work on your laptop. I have sent them a note from the supplier of the problems they have caused. These problems were not there before the hard drive packed up.
Plus a cheep battery was replaced as my old battery stopped working.
I am sorry this is unacceptable R16000 computer damaged by this back yard technician is unacceptable. Outsurance brags about being the cheapest but they far from the best when it comes to repairs im sorry I will take them on legally. I DEMAND THE MANAGER OF OUTSURANCE CALL ME PLEASE
