No regard for Customer Service

I received a call from Grace Lusenga from Absa bank debt collections on 20th June 2013.

She demonstrated poor customer service, incompetence (not getting my email address correct after I spelt it out on the phone), and even accused me of not being able to afford the vehicle I purchased, and threatened to repossess the vehicle when I got annoyed with her assumption regarding my financial status, which was insulting and disgusting behaviour for someone whom they have employed to deal with customers, I would imagine on a daily basis???

Somehow Absa claim they don't have my bank account details and I fail to see how this is possible when I got approval for finance using my current bank account and in order to get approval my account details would have been available to Absa, this should not even be a discussion.

This is very disappointing and upsetting, I know your lines are recorded so I'd like an investigation of this misconduct demonstrated by Grace Lusenga and I'd like to be contacted regarding this or I think I'll take my business elsewhere as I cannot deal with rude & incompetent people who lack the intelligence to take down an email address correctly!!!
