They've done it again!

I'm sure Hellopeter is quite bored of yet another compliment for Miway, but great service must be recognised and if you're good, you're good! Moving house is a stressful experience. Being a victim of crime in that process even more so. On May 24, having barely moved into my new place, a man posing as a City Power official gained access to my property and pinched several items. I was very apprehensive calling Miway to register the claim as I hadn't advised them of the change in address yet. Their call centre was just so great, I had no doubt in my mind they would help me and already was at ease. I sourced some of my invoices and scanned, and e-mailed on a Saturday afternoon to Kolekha who responded straight away (!). After much searching through recently unpacked boxes (a week later) I managed to conclude all their requirements. Througout this whole process they sent me gentle reminders all the time. Pierre and his colleague visited my home June 13th and were just so pleasant, offered great advice and are just all round good guys. June 19th Claim approved, one supplier even calling me at 5pm to arrange delivery (! x 2) 14 days total processing (one long weekend inc). Need I say more?
