Unexplainable deductions

On the 13th of June FNB deducted R795.00 from my account and when I enquired i was told that it is for the device and that they were unable to dedcut money in April and May as on the 25th there was no money in account. The odd thing is the loan account has never been in arrears because what they normally do is on the 1st when my salary gets paid in they deduct for both the loans and the device so it came as a surprise when they claimed that they havent collected in 2 months. Every month I sit and reconcile what is left in my account against what was paid in and therefore that claim does not make sense. The consultant that was helping me could not even give me the answers she only told me that 2 months were in arrears. If that is the case why did they deduct R795.00 not R530.00? Why on the 13th? The consultant said someone will get back to me with answers and GUESS WHAT? I am still waiting because I am not that important to FNB. They can just inconvenience me and run unexplainable debit orders from my account and not bother getting back to explain to me as PROMISED. I am very DISAPPOINTED after so many years with them I thought I would be treated with DIGNITY I deserve
