Nedbank
Not closing account after payment

Account is paid up but Nedbank is not closing the account, at legal call centre they say every day at three it will be closed, spoke to Lance yesterday and same promise, phoned this morning and its still open. Don't know what they are gaining by DRAGGING THEIR FEET. Will phone every three hours till I can close the account.
