Switched to FNB = 3 months of!

I switched to FNB 3 months ago, I was attracted to the benefits package they offered on their cheque accounts. It's a very BIG mistake, I wouldn't advise interested customers to switch to FNB.

In the past 3 months since March, I have dealt with the following issues;
1. Unauthorized debit orders running in my account. Had to call to get them reversed, however FNB is still processing these requests.
2. Risk indicator set at '3'. Unable to enjoy the credit benefits of my new cheque account. My 3 months old account is apparently "high risk".
3. Dealt with an incompetent and rude legal officer who advised me to be patient, 3 months later my account has not yet been fixed.
4. Slow Blackberry App, was forced to switch devices.
5. Logged a query with the Credit dept a month ago, the only feedback I have received since is "we'll get back to you".

I'm switching my account back to Standard Bank this week. I've had my fair share of FNB's "Help".
