I really don't have words on how i'm disappointed with the service absa gave me.
I made an application 8 weeks ago[pension powered home loan] when i called 4 weeks after i
Was told my application forms where out dated then i sent the new ones then 2 weeks after i called i was told to send the new ones again and unfortunately nothing has been done with it nobody is getting back to me to inform me about the progress.

I keep calling and now i'm told the northsales have moved from their offices.
Now ill have to take it up with my employer[Anglo American]
